The “Residence de la Plage” is happy to welcome you in Menton, on the French Riviera, in a prime location facing the sea. Menton is a beautiful city dedicated to arts, particularly with its famous music festival, entertainment, with its casino, and its beautiful scenery.

Located only 1 mile from the Italian border, our residence is ideally situated less than 100 metres from the sea. Housed in a 7 storey-building, half of our studios and apartments face the sea. From there, the heart of Menton (pedestrian area, harbour, old market…) is within walking distance but facilities, such as post office, supermarket, bakery or newsagents are less than a stone’s throw away.

Come and discover our 35 studios (for 2 people) and 3 apartments (4 people) which are all fully-equipped : bathroom, kitchenette, fridge, hot-plate, cutlery and crockery ; bed clothes and towels are also provided. Each studio comes with its own parking space in our secured two-storey car park.

The top floor of the building is a sun roof fitted out with deck chairs for you to soak up the sun. The residence also has several lounges available: 2 TV rooms furnished with sofas and comfortable armchairs and a games room with several tables where you can play a game of cards, borrow some of the magazines available or browse our small library. These books are available to borrow upon request. An internet connection is also provided in this room.
